“Unity in the Church”

Imagine for a moment if everyone actually “denied (died to) themselves, picked up their cross, and followed Him”, (Matt 16:24-27) the world would obviously be completely changed. We’d have a lot less needless competition between Christians leading us to the distraction of division that’s keeping us down. The enemy knows that you “Divide and Conquer” not “Unite and Conquer”, so why do so many of us fall into this trap? Simply put, when we allow the enemy to create spiritual divisions among the churches and congregations we become divided, which allows us to easily and willing to be conquered by the enemy. Imagine for a minute that we all focused on what’s really important, that of course being Jesus, and never prioritizing ourselves while always remembering that He’s what unites all of us!!! When we’re United we can rise up like He intended and the enemy doesn’t stand a chance! We need to constantly remind ourselves that we ALL have the ultimate common denominator, Jesus!!! He Unifies ALL of us!!! Let’s focus on His goodness and blessings in our lives as opposed to our trials and tribulations, keeping in mind these things come with the territory and they’re a part of life for everyone. Remember, “Rain falls on the just and unjust”.(Matt 5:45) So being that our strength comes from our joy, it’s probably a profitable idea to keep ourselves reminded of His goodness and blessings we experience, keeping them close to our hearts.(Phil 4:8) Only the selflessness that comes from a perspective shift through our relationship with the Holy Spirit can make us realize what’s truly important leading us to the “Full Unity” of the church that we require. We need to deprioritize our own needs while focusing on Jesus and the needs of others for greater good, in short DIE TO OURSELVES!!!(Gal 2:20) Then and only then can we have a chance at accomplishing what is necessary to be all we were created to be, unified while following Jesus to be United in Him….God Bless! ✊🙏🙏🙏
