Paul says, “If we’re to be regarded as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God, we must be deemed trustworthy.” (1Cor4:1-2) This validation can only come from God, NOT man! So if you know that God has deemed you trustworthy, rest in it and be grateful. Relax, this doesn’t mean you’re by any means perfect, it’s only about your “heart position” not your “head position”. Now that’s something only you and God can know. Please don’t look for someone to validate you or what you’ve heard from God as a servant/steward, people can have all kinds of ulterior motives, even and especially other Christians. I’ve personally made this mistake wayyyy too many times to count! And sometimes it’s just due to a simple misunderstanding. If we know we’re trustworthy and absolutely hearing from God, we NEVER need any validation or owe anyone ANY explanation, of our sometimes inexplicable but always edifying actions that are a result of hearing Holy Spirit instruction. Don’t even judge yourself the scripture says! Let me balance this with scripture (See 1Cor4:3-5), this doesn’t mean we’re acquitted, but only God can judge the heart. So let’s stop attempting to “explain ourselves” and just rest in our relationship with him, a lesson I wish I would’ve learned long before I finally did…💯 God Bless!
